OVERVIEW AND GOALS

Quantazone is a global, AI-driven technology consulting partner offering AI, Business Systems, Cloud, and Marketing solutions. This partnership enables independent professionals to leverage our expertise and delivery capabilities, expand their service offerings, and jointly create new business opportunities and scalable growth.

SCOPE OF PARTNERSHIP & COLLABORATION

Quantazone will manage and maintain the Partner’s website at no additional cost, ensuring ongoing performance, updates, and stability.
Quantazone will implement co-branded visibility across the website to showcase combined expertise and strengthen a unified market presence.
The Partner will support the collaboration by providing client referrals for AI Consulting ,Cloud solutions, Business Systems (ERP/HRMS/CRM) consulting, and Marketing services.
The Partner will participate in joint marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, or content collaborations, to expand reach and brand awareness.
For every successful client referral converted into a paid engagement, the Partner will be entitled to a 15% commission, calculated on the client’s first invoice generated through your referral, as per agreed commercial terms.
This partnership operates as a dual-benefit growth model, providing a stronger digital presence, expanded service capability, and a consistent additional revenue stream, positioning the Partner as a future-ready and competitive organization.
Note:
1. The above structure applies to one-time implementation and success plans.
2. This structure shall not apply to any third-party software licenses due to commercially non-viable margins.

PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

This Partnership Agreement is entered into between Quantazone and "Agency" ("you") to establish a collaborative partnership aimed at delivering integrated services across various domains, including AI Consultation, Business Systems (ERP/HRMS/CRM), Cloud Solutions and Marketing.

Confidentiality: Both parties shall maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information and business strategies shared during the partnership.

Agreement Period: This partnership will commence on the agreement date and remain effective until terminated by either party. The term may be extended by mutual consent.

Mutual Cooperation: Quantazone will manage client communication, service delivery, and billing, while the Partner will introduce qualified clients and support smooth onboarding and collaboration.

Termination: Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days’ written notice. Quantazone will continue managing referred clients and ongoing services, and all outstanding client-related obligations will be settled as agreed.

Client Referrals and Responsibilities: The Partner’s role is limited to referring clients. Once referred, Quantazone will manage the engagement and retain ownership of the work, services, and materials created for the client.

Representations and Warranties: Each party confirms that it has the authority to enter into this agreement and fulfill its obligations without violating any third-party rights. This agreement shall be governed by applicable laws.

Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the complete understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements relating to its subject matter.

Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
